3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • By completing your booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you understand these Terms.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To honor time, energy and preparation for your session:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur the full session fee.

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being.

  • You understand that energy healing works differently for each person.

  • You will communicate any relevant physical, emotional, or energetic concerns prior to your session.

  • You seek sessions as supportive tools, not replacements for professional medical care.
