Reiki & Angel Reiki

Both Reiki and Angel Reiki are gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy healing treatments designed to support emotional balance, energetic alignment and inner calm. Each one offers a slightly different energetic quality so you can choose the experience that resonates most with you.
Reiki
A soothing, grounding and restorative energy treatment.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy to encourage deep relaxation, energetic harmony and emotional ease. Rather than using physical manipulation, Reiki works with the body’s natural energy field to support a calmer, more balanced state. During a session, energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands and offered to the body, flowing intuitively to wherever it is most needed. Clients often describe the experience as peaceful, warm, comforting or deeply settling.
Reiki may be supportive if you are seeking grounding, emotional balance, relaxation, clarity or general energetic realignment.
Angel Reiki
A softer, more spiritually-focused form of energy healing.
Angel Reiki is a gentle, intuitive form of Reiki that works with angelic or higher-vibrational energies to support emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The presence of angelic support can introduce a comforting, compassionate and heart-centred quality to the session, offering an experience that feels subtly different from traditional Reiki. Clients often describe Angel Reiki as light, nurturing, gentle or spiritually uplifting - a soothing space that may bring emotional ease, comfort, reassurance or a deeper sense of connection.
Angel Reiki may resonate if you feel drawn to spiritual support, intuitive energy work or a more heart-centred experience.
It isn’t stronger or more advanced than Reiki - it simply offers a different quality of support.
Every Session is Unique
Whether you choose Reiki or Angel Reiki, your session will be intuitively guided based on how you arrive - emotionally, energetically and physically.
No two sessions are the same, and there is no expectation, pressure or “right” outcome.

My approach is completely individual and intuitive. I don’t follow a set routine or fixed sequence - instead, I respond to how you arrive in the moment, emotionally, physically and energetically. Whether you choose Reiki or Angel Reiki, the session unfolds at your pace, with your comfort at the centre, and with respect for your personal energy, boundaries and inner experience.

Location and Booking
Reiki and Angel Reiki sessions will be available in-person in Alfreton, Derbyshire, serving surrounding areas in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, and those who are willing to travel further.
