How This Combined Treatment Works
Reiki is used to gently guide and soothe the energy system, while crystals are placed on or around the body to amplify, balance and align the energetic flow. The two approaches complement one another beautifully - Reiki encourages release and relaxation, while crystals can help focus, strengthen and stabilise the energetic shift.
